Every settlement
leaves paper.

1,000 documents on Circle Arc. Each one is a real PDF, generated on-chain — you download it and open it like any other file. A document is only worth what others stamp on it.

Stamp somebody else's document, then open the file and look at what changed.

01 · A whole token is a document

There are 1,000 of them. Hold one whole $uPDF and you may claim a document; send the token away and the document goes back to the pile. The ERC-20 and the collection are the same contract, so the two can never disagree.

02 · The grade is other people

Every graded market grades condition. This one counts how many other holders have stamped your document.

You can never stamp your own. One address counts once, permanently — there is no function that removes a signature. And the signer has to hold a document themselves, which is what prices a sybil: signing from a hundred wallets means buying a hundred documents first, out of a thousand that exist.

So rarity here isn't a trait roll and it isn't a clock. It is how many desks your paper crossed — and you cannot manufacture it alone in a room.

03 · The toll follows the stamps

Every trade pays a toll. On Arc the gas token is USDC, so it arrives already in dollars — nothing to convert, nothing to slip.

Anyone can push it to the ledger, and it is shared out by stamp: a document that has been passed around earns more than one that sat in a drawer. A document nobody signed earns nothing at all.

04 · It really is a PDF

Not an image a website turns into a picture. The contract assembles the file byte by byte — objects, content stream, and the cross-reference table of byte offsets a reader checks before it will open anything.

It is a view function, so generating your document costs nothing and is free to call forever.

Status

The contracts are live on Circle Arc and the book is open — but there is no liquidity in it, so nothing can be bought or sold yet. Every number on the desk is still a simulation and is labelled as one.

Arc has no public explorer and Sourcify does not support chain 5042, so the source cannot be published anywhere today. The bytecode is on-chain and readable; a standard verification goes up the day an explorer opens.

The launch

Uniswap v4 on Circle Arc, single sided: the float goes in and the deployer commits no USDC at all. Opening market cap ~4,953 USDC, about 4.95 a document, read at the top of the ladder.

v3 on Arc is factories only — no position manager, no router. v4 is not a preference here, it is the only venue that exists.

The numbers

1,000 documents · fee 1.00% · tick spacing 200 · opening toll 25% buy / 49% sell, decaying to 1% over sixty seconds from the first trade. Every one of those is a compile-time constant with no setter.
